Fall Sale, October 4th and 5th, 2008

Location TBA

Do you have baby clothes, furniture, and toys piled up in your garage? How would you like to get rid of it and turn it into cash? Just sort and tag your new or gently used items, drop them off at our designated locations, and wait for your check in the mail!

  • Anyone can be a consignor, just register for a number.
  • Consignors are invited to our Presale, Friday afternoon, March 28th, 1pm-6pm where you get to shop the pick of the sale items before we open to the public!
  • You must submit at least 20 items or a total value of $75 to shop at the presale.
  • You get to set the prices and you make 70% of your sales.
  • Checks are mailed within 2 weeks.
  • There is a $5 participation fee, which is deducted from your final check, so there is nothing to pay up front (or get it waived, see Incentive below!).
  • If you do not have $5 worth of sales, there is no charge.
  • Unsold items can be picked up at the end of the sale or we'll donate them for you.

EXTRA INCENTIVE - Want to have that $5 participation fee waived?

Have your friends sign up too! When 2 new consignors reference your name during registration (and show up with items to sell), your consignor fee will be waived. Get out there and spread the word. Also, we'll waive the fee for ALL volunteer workers (set up to tear down), and you get to shop even earlier than consignors!

To register for a consignor number, email Amy Borrelli.

The deadline to sign up as a consignor for the Fall Consignment Sale is Friday, September 19th, 2008.

Items must be dropped off no later than Saturday, September 27th, 2008.

About Us

Her second son was born at home in a warm, loving environment. She attended a 3-year Midwifery School in Media, PA followed by a 2-year apprenticeship. This training was predominantly homebirth based. Her extensive knowledge in alternative modalities include: attendance at water births, use of homeopathy, herbs and acupressure.

Amy Borrelli is a doula and childbirth educator. After the birth of her first son in 2002 she was introduced to the idea of homebirth, and had her second son at home in 2006 with Rising Moon Midwifery.

Nicole Schwartz, MSW is a social worker and peaceful birth advocate. After the homebirth of her daughter, with Rising Moon Midwifery, she began her journey toward certification a doula and natural childbirth educator.
